You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Confirm Order button on the order confirmation page.

After you submit an order we will send the details of yor order to you in an e-mail. We will then send a second email when we start to process your order. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third e-mail, which will confirm your order. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our third email will tell you so.)

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

All deliveries may be made 1 – 3 working days after we have accepted your order. If, for any reason, we cannot deliver your goods within 3 working days we will contact you.

If we miss you at point of delivery a card will be left with the couriers depot number to call. You will then be able to arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery. It is the customers' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange another delivery day or to agree to have the package left without a signature. No refunds will be given for 'goods' that are left uncollected at depot.

All delivery charges are shown on our delivery-information page during the checkout process. All prices are per order. Delivery charges are only added to products that require delivery, some products are delivered by email and do not incur a delivery charge. .

Mastersound reserve the right to amend all delivery prices and conditions at their discretion and without notice.

If you are aware, or have been made aware of a delivery date and at point of delivery refuse to accept the goods you will be charged for a rejected delivery at a cost of £10.00.  This will be deducted from the card used at the time of placing the order.  This will not be the case if you refuse delivery due to the goods be broken.

Any breakages, shortages and discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of parcel receipt. Any refunds may not be possible after this time.

In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your goods please call us straight away and we will happily do what we can to sort the problem quickly and efficiently.t!

Due to the uniqueness of our product and the sensitive timescale we would ask for your understanding regarding cancellations.

If you wish to cancel your order, in accordance with the United Kingdom 's Distance Selling Regulations, we require notice in writing either by fax, email or writing no less than 7 working days prior to your preferred delivery date. Any money taken from you will be returned within 30 days.

If you cancel your order after this time it may not be possible to stop shipment. Returning the items is the responsibility of the purchaser and you are under obligation to take reasonable care of the goods. We (Mastersound) do not accept responsibility for return carriage. We will, however, endeavour to assist you in any way possible.

We reserve the right to allow for the possibility of supplying substitute goods in the event of us not being able to supply the specific goods ordered. The submitted goods will be of equivalent quality and price to those ordered. If you are unhappy with the substitute goods Mastersound will meet the return charges. We will contact you first if this unlikely event happens.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without a returns number provided by Mastersound.  The number can be obtained by sending an email to info@mastersound.co.uk.   A replacement can be delivered at the time of pickup if required. Mastersound do not charge any re-stocking fees.

If there has been a change of mind it is the customers' responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery and to take care that goods returned are in a saleable condition.  No amounts will be refunded if goods are damaged on return.  We can arrange for our courier to collect the goods if required.  Any charges will be deducted from your refund. Email info@mastersound.co.uk for your returns number or if you would like to use our courier.  If a new item is required this can be delivered at time of collection

Mastersound reserve the right to remove and amend products and prices on their website without notice.
